No — and nobody else can either. Your vault is encrypted on your phone and we never receive your code or your files. This is what keeps your photos private, so please pick a code you'll remember and keep an encrypted backup.

In the vault, open Settings → Create encrypted backup, choose a backup password (8+ characters) and save the file to Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or AirDrop. On the new phone, install CalcuNow, create a vault, then use Settings → Restore and enter the backup password. Albums and trash come back too.

Deleting the app deletes the vault and its encryption key from your phone. Anything not in a backup cannot be recovered, so create a backup first.

After importing, CalcuNow can remove the originals from your Photos app. Your phone's system asks you to confirm — that's normal. Items are only removed after they are safely inside the vault. On iPhone, also empty "Recently Deleted" in Photos.

A second code that opens a separate, harmless vault. Set it in Settings. It's useful if someone pressures you to open the app.

In the vault, go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → CalcuNow. Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CalcuNow. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep everything already in your vault.

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or your Google Play order history for Android.
